Cash Register

Can anyone tell me how to change the cash register - card depositing account, please?
It has defaulted to the Stripe holding account and I want to change it.

I think this post directs you to the setting to change the default merchant account for the cash register tool.

Accounting for takings but do not have same options as in the tutorial screenshots - what setup steps am I missing?

Hi @tullulahjoy, In order to get the Card total Column that you mention, you should be able to see a little cog at the top of the Cash Register Takings page [image] Then scroll to near the bottom and you will see these options: [image] its the second one which makes the difference, it will be set to “No Card Deposits” which is why there is no Card option… so if you were to change this you will get the extra column I’m hoping that this helps you… and answers your post but ple…

I have got that part but in the settings “Cash Register - Card depositing account” drop-down the only option is “stripe holding account” and I want to change that account option

Did you check the posts further down in that topic? Do you have the other merchant accounts listed under merchant accounts and online payment services?
