No errors or messages…they just suddenly do not work. How do I get that fixed?
What type of bank feed are you using - Open Banking or Yodlee?
i presume yodlee. they are not listed under open banking
it looks like cater allens log in details changed, but because you disabled yodlee, there is now no way for me to remove and re-add the feed so the service I pay for is now useless.
Please either fix this and add a feed for CA or refund me my money.
I’ve been speaking with our developers regarding the situation with Cater Allen. At the moment there is no Open Banking feed available for them, but they are releasing one soon. As soon as it’s available, we’ll be adding it to the list.
Yodlee would still be available. When you select “Activate Bank Feed” you will see the Yodlee set up screen as usual.
But we’ll keep you posted on the Open Banking feed situation.
Nope, this still doesn’t work. Like I say the LOGIN details for all cater allen accounts recently changed. I removed the feed, re-added it, and then it will not refresh when trying to log in, as it gives ‘error 403’. If there is a way to re-enter your bank account log in details I cannot find it
