CC of email invoices not working

Morning, I am setting up recurring invoices (first time for this) and i’m checking the cc box so i get a copy. So far I have sent just 5 invoices, all with cc checked but haven’t received a single copy to my inbox. I have checked with clients and they have received so either I am doing something wrong or quickfile (great system by the way) isn’t processing the cc.

Any advice please

Do you have your own SMTP email server configured on your QF account?

I couldn’t locate your account, you can PM me your account details if you prefer and I will have a look.

That sorted it. I have set up the SMTP and am now receiving cc’s to my inbox.
