The year-end date has been incorrect on one of our clients accounts
I want to correct it but the segmented profit and loss completely changed though I have closed down the previous year’s end
Does this matter? will it still include all transactions not included in previous years.

What is the year end date you have closed down?
What are you changing the year end from and to?
It was August and it should have been July
So shorter by one month

As year end had been run and 1 extra month had been cleared down by the journal you would need to
- Delete the year end journal (to undo the year end)
- Change the next year end date to end of July
- Re run the year end
