In Sage you can change todays date so bulk invoicing on the 3rd of the month and have changed date to the end of the previous month all invoices are dated end of the month.
Is it possible to do so in quickfile, if not can it be a feature request.

No it is not possible at present.
The development team monitor feature requests such as this one and the number of votes they get as they add new features.
