Our QF accounts was for the parents association of a school. Now the administration contact, who set up the account have now step down from the role. How could I change the administration contact of the account to the new person?
Login with the administrator account, then go to Account Settings > Team management and select the modify cogwheel of the person you want to be admin. Tick the Administrator Account button and then hit save. The administrator status will then be immediately given to the selected member.
If the original administrator has simply walked away then you will need help from QF management. (This is an occasional but very real problem for voluntary organisations)
If you have all the login details then, as lurch says, simply make the change online.
