How can i change the default sales code, we are a charity and i would like the default code to be send to donations
I’m afraid there’s no way to change the default code at the account level. If you are a Power User we may be able to write some custom script for you to achieve this, please let me know if you’re interested?

If you pay annually for a subscription you are a Power User.

I see @QFMathew has sent you a private message. Look for a green notification icon top right on the forum.
Once your reply with your account number we can look at setting up a customisation to set a default sales code.

Please note: you can now set a default sales nominal for each client. If you use a generic client record for recording donations you can just set the sales category to “Donations” in the client settings area.
