Heard a webinar recently where the “new” Agent Online Service, which currently handles MTD for VAT is to be extended and upgraded from April 2022. Agents can then start copying across SA clients to this service …the caveat is that there is no “bulk sign up” facility, so we have to do them individually, one at a time! Looks like we will have to do some planning and put time aside once again.
My thoughts are that we may have to incorporate other things at the same time to make it worth while, such as updating ID checks, new engagement letters or different service offerings with regards to software. What does anyone else think, or any suggestions/tips?
