Sorry, I couldn’t find anything relevant since 2018 so I’ve started this topic.

Can I use MS Authenticator instead of Google Authenticator with QF? I just want to rationalise my multitude of apps.

If yes, I presume my method is to disable/delete the current 2FA set up and then set up the new 2FA with the MS Authenticator.

Any TOTP-compatible Authenticator app will work fine. You won’t get the push notification type of 2fa that you get when using MS authenticator to sign in to Microsoft services but I believe it can generate standard TOTP codes exactly the same as google, Authy and many others.
