My customer has changed business adress and forget to inform me.
Today he informed me and I dont know how I can change the adress that is already invoiced
2 months ago.I tried to delete old invoice and create new one,but this time invoice number is changed.System doesnt allow me to change old invoice or invoice number?How can I continue?
If the invoice is in a locked period you can’t change the invoice except you unlock the period.
If the invoice isn’t in a locked period it should be possible. Open invoice and click on Modify Invoice.
After that click on Modify (at the end of ‘Client Address’)
But you could also open the invoice and create a credit note by clicking on more option>>credit note. After that create a new invoice with todays date and a new invoice number.
