The CC’d emails will always come from the noreply address. There isn’t a way to change this I’m afraid.
Emails sent to your clients will use the settings on your account, which by default is from a generic email address with an account specific reply-to address.
It is possible to change this to use your own SMTP server, which would show the emails as your own address. Let us know if you need any help with this and we’ll try our best to help you out.
There are 2 parts here -
We offer a simple “opened” indicator on emails. It can vary from email provider to email provider, but can be a good indicator. This is available to accounts with a Power User Subscription (either optionally for smaller accounts, or your subscription for larger accounts). Happy to arrange for a trial to be loaded onto your account if that would help.
The other option is on the invoices/estimates themselves, and is available to all accounts as standard. When you send an email via QuickFile, the “View invoice” link is unique to the person you’re sending it to. Any time they click that link, we’ll log it in your event log.

I have already managed to configure the SMTP settings accordingly so, the invoices are being sent from our accounts email.
Regarding the delivery receipts, I located that indicator in the invoices section and I am happy with that

That will give me opportunity to explore the other benefits and test that “opened” option which you have mentioned in you reply.
