Changing reminder times

I sent out a mass of invoices and didn’t set the reminder dates. About half of them (62) are unpaid. It seems from your instructions that the reminder schedule on each invoice has to be reset individually. Is there any way of changing it for all of the outstanding ones? Thanks.

You can edit reminder times globally but this will only work for invoices generated post change.

Account Settings > All Settings > Credit Control Settings

For existing invoice you can edit the dates manually on an invoice by invoice basis in Sales > Outstanding Invoices
