Changing 'sent invoices' from not recognised quickfile.co.uk email

Is it possible to change the email that appears as “from” when we email sales invoices to clients, please?

I have been told that a few of my invoices have been ignored because the sender was not recognised and I would like to correct that.

Hi @Alicia,

If you were to use your own email SMTP settings then the invoices would go from your email: Sending mail from your own SMTP Server

If you just use the QuickFile mail server then there is no way to change this. You could ask your clients to save the email so that in future they recognise the emails
