Charges for receipt analysis

Hi,

Would I be right in saying that if credits for the new AI receipts analysis feature are purchased for clients via my Affinity account that the charges would be 4p per scan and not 10p?

I think I saw a message flash up to that effect recently, but would just like it to be confirmed please.

Yes, we recently changed the pricing for Affinity connected clients from 10p to 4p per scan.

Thanks Steve. What if clients top up themselves? Will the 4p rate still apply if they are connected to an Affinity account?

It will be 4p for anyone using the account (you or them) as long as the account is connected.
