Hi,

I have used Quickfile for our small charity for a number of years.

For various reasons I have not been able to do the accounts for a few months and have tried to log back in and it says “Your Power User Subscription has now expired”

The charity has done very little this year because of changes in circumstance and I am not sure I need the power user function but I can’t get past this screen.

When looking up this issue it seems that charities get a 50% DISCOUNT but this has never been offered to us and we have paid full price, which is very frustrating especially since the power user subscription is so expensive now!

How do I get into my account? can I cancel the power user? At a 50% discount we could keep it but can’t really justify the full price with everything that is currently happening.

Somebody please help ASAP.

Hi,
If you follow the link below (change yourcompany to your login details) you should be able to see your Account size and the number of ledger entries. This should be possible even without the subscription.

Thanks for this so from what I can see even though we are very small charity we do need the Power User Subscription.

Please can you apply the 50% charity discount please.
