Claiming office in home

Hiya

If I am renting a house and using a room as an office and use if for 10-15 hrs a week - what is it that i can claim back and how is it calculated?

When claiming - how would you process this?

Send as an expence under what catagory and would you invoice it to yourself?

tag bank payment as Use of home (create new nominal)
Or
journal it to director a/c
Dr use of home
Cr DCA
