I have just asked our members for feedback to user interface to QF.
One feedback was "find it strange I can get to my page without having to log in - how secure is it?"
Is there an explanation?
Are your member’s setup as clients on your account?
The client control panel does use a looser security model which allows any recipient of an invoice/statement to access their area from a tokenised link. This suits most types of businesses as they don’t want to throw any barriers in front of clients when it comes to accessing and paying invoices.
If however your clients prefer to login using an email and password combination you can enforce this at the client level.
