In the Client Area Customisation, is it possible to add a Horizontal Menu option that can open in a new browser tab?

Also, can you add attachments to Messages in Quickfile?

Finally, can I add a link from the Horizontal Menu to open a specific folder name from Document Manager?

I don’t believe this is possible but you might be able to use javascript - I can’t offer support on this but another user might be able to help

You can attach your invoices etc as a pdf, there is an option to do this when you send the email

Document Manager isn’t available to clients this is just for your records

There is a way of doing this if you have a Power User Subscription.

Are these custom menu items you were looking to open in a new tab? The tricky part is identifying the options as they have to be selected through JavaScript. But if you can provide a few details, I’ll see if I can put a small script together for you to use.
