Client Area Support Ticket Showing My Personal Name

I would like to remove my name and replace it with My company name Foil Faced.

Is this possible?

Hello @Jason_Esgate

The “message to” field is populated with the name of the admin in Account Settings > Team Management

You would have to change the name in that screen to get the result you are looking for.
