Client can't access account

HI, I have a client who is complaining he is unable to access/view his account properly, where he has always been able to do this previously. I have tried resetting the password, but this doesn’t seem to help. He logs in, chooses an account, then has to log in again, but then keeps getting kicked back out when he tries to view an invoice.

There was an issue like you describe last week but an update was released to fix it.

Are you able to ask the client to clear their browser cache (in case a cached page it loading) or try an alternate browser.
