Client email address

Hi, I can’t seem to find a field to add the clients email address in. Is this because I have a basic free account? I have set up re occurring invoices, and ticked to be emailed via PDF, but under “Modify client details” there is no field for email address. See screen grab attached.

Hoping someone will help. I search the help topics in here and I couldn’t find anything.

I also wanted to say that I found this on help, but my client management area is different:

When you view a client you can see the contact details on the client overview. If there are no contact details stored you will see the following

If you click add new contact you will be able to add a contact name and email address for them.

If I click on Sales > View Clients the following screen appears:

To view this you will need to either click on the client name (e.g. Mr & Mrs C Rimmer) or on “View” this will bring up the client dashboard.

The “Contact Details” section is approximately half way down the page on the right hand side.
