Client Positive Invoice Balance

The Client Management Dashboard displays a list of Clients, along with their outstanding Invoice Balance totals. Where there are unpaid invoices, the total of these is displayed in red. All other balances show Zero in green. However where there is a credit on a Clients account, their balance still shows as Zero. I would have expected any positive credits on an account to be shown in green here. This would be extremely useful to easily identify any Clients in credit where action may be required to allocate these or refund accordingly.

The dashboard is labelled up as “Money owed to you” (Sales Invoices) and “Money you owe” (Purchase invoices). Prepayments are not included

Hi Steve, it wasn’t that dashboard I was referring to. If you go to ‘Sales - View Clients’ to see a list of all Clients, along with their outstanding balances. These show Zero even if there is a credit on their account. Screenshot of the screen and balances I’m referring to is attached.

The Balance on that screen is The balance of outstanding invoices.

There is an option to show a column for prepayments on the screen using the search option if required (example below).
