My client would like to request a copy of his TB from his old QF account - as at 31/08/2017 - can you do that? His email address is removed

Did your client delete their account? If not, they will still be able to access it (unless it’s still within the L or XL tiers and doesn’t have a subscription, in which case, please let us know).
The TB can be found by going to Reports >> Trial Balance

You don’t hold onto the data? Is he able to temporarily log back in?
Unless the account has been deleted (either because it hasn’t been accessed for 2 years, or at the user’s request), your client should be able to log in without any issues.
Are they encountering any errors when trying to log in?
