Clients emails not coming back to me when they respond to estimates.

Do you mean replies to the emails themselves or acceptance emails?

Estimates (and invoices) are sent using the email address in your account settings which by default is noreply@quickfile.co.uk. But you can change this by going to Account Settings >> Routine Emails.

If you do change it, we also recommend using your own email server (SMTP) to improve deliverability.
