When logging into our affinity account we was notified that direct debit details needed to be updated, to which we duly did. When we updated our client list has disappered. How can we get these back? We have since added one on manually.

We remove clients from Affinity if no payment has been received or no direct debit is present. This is to stop debt building up on the account.
If you make a payment or add a direct debit to the account we can add the clients back in for you, just drop us a private message with your account details
Thanks for the reply we have manually added them back now. It would have been better to know beforehand though, that we would need to ask for them to be re-instated. Also it would have been handy to have received an email stating there was a balance due.
