The Bank feed has not updated since 13.11.25 - I have refreshed several times and I have also logged onto the bank to allow the feed - anything else I should be doing?

If you haven’t done so already I would reccomend removing the open banking feed in the Banking > Open Banking feeds screen and setting it up again, that way a fresh authorisation would be granted.
I have revoked the account but now cannot reconnect due to a cloudflare issue?? can you advise please

The Cloudflare issue has knocked out a number of services, we are awaiting an update from them to say normal operations have resumed, once its back up please try reconnecting the feed.
Is there a problem with affinity today as I can’t log on. Its saying cloudfare error.

Hi, The bank feed will not update i removed it and reinstated it (I have been on holiday just returned today) this has been an issue since 13.11.25 when there was a cloudflare

I refreshed the feed on the account linked to your email and some transactions did import.
If the feed does not automatically update overnight for the next couple of days (providing there are transactions to import) I would reccomend removing the feed (use revoke option in Banking > Open Banking Feeds) and setting them up again.
That way a fresh authorisation would be granted.
