I run a membership club that has various different membership options with different payment options too. Is there a way of setting these up within Quickfile so that each customer is allocated to that category of membership?

You couldn’t directly specify a membership type to a customer.
You could setup different inventory items for the different memberships.
You could also use recurring invoices
