Clydesdale Bank Not Listed in Drop Down

I activated the bank feed for one of my Clydesdale accounts this morning ok. When I went to do the second one , the Clydesdale bank is no longer on the drop down list to choose from when adding a bank

You can only have one connection to a particular bank at a time, when you did your first one, you needed to select all the accounts you wanted to have linked.
It’s imposed by Open Banking, not by us

To rectify the problem you will have to remove the bank feed and re add it.
During this setup you will get the option to select the accounts you want to have linked.

Hi, just to add to Steve’s post, that’s only possible when you have all your accounts under one login.

Thanks for your help. I deleted feed then added it again and managed to link the both accounts which are under one log in. However only one off the accounts is refreshing.
