Hi,
clydesale bank feed is about to expire but I cannot renew it can you advise? Clydesdale is not shown on the list but Virgin is although my account is still with clydesdale using CB online for my online banking.

Thank you for making us aware, there appears to be an issue connecting with the bank at the moment. We are currently looking into it to find out where the issue lies.
