Co-op have changed the CSV format for downloaded business banking statements, so now when I upload a statement to QuickFile there are the following problems;
Credits to the account are showing as money out in QuickFile, not money in
Transaction details are not carried over from the CSV to QuickFile
Grateful if the CSV import parsing could be updated. Thx!
Iâve just had the same problem. How do I get rid of the uploaded yearâs worth of statements in quickfile so that I can import using the âotherâ option?
Have tried using ofx format which recognises money in and money out but doesnât give any info about the transactions, just lists them all as generic.
Just to be sure, itâs .csv that youâre importing rather than .xls or .xlsx?
Other has an option for either a single column for positive/negative numbers for the figure, or to use 2 separate columns. You should see a check box on the screen to enable/disable this.
