This is something that has troubled me from time to time and I can’t be alone.
Having a client with the same name as another person happens from time to time and the only way I can see around it is to exclude or include things like their initial, middle initial, or salutation (Mr/Mrs).
I would have thought that this could/should have been solved easily by using the Account Reference field to create a unique identifier, but this appears not to be the case.
Can you get this fixed?
