Processing Pension Contributions

As sole traders are self employed they do not have an employer to make pension contributions on their behalf. However this seems to be for sole traders. Is there a guide for limited companies?

Also, when I tag from banking the balance of 2230 is not 0 it is debit of whatever amount I have tagged. How do I get this to 0?

Is it auto enrolment pension contributions? or employer contribution for diretoremployee personal pension ?
