Contact details bug

On the Clients page under Contact Details there is an “Add a New Contact” link.
If I click this link the usual window appears to complete the details, however after a couple of seconds I’m redirected to my dashboard.

I’m unsure how else to add contact details?

I am also seeing the same issue when editing existing client details. Can this be fixed please?

The development team are aware of this and are creating a fix to resolve the issue.
