Hello, could you please help me, if I can’t download the bank statement in ofx format, but I can only download it in pdf. How can I upload a file to the quickfile system? I tried to make a conversion, but unfortunately my balance does not much. Thank you. Oksana.
Hello Oksana
Which bank are you downloading from?
You can not import a PDF file, please refer to the article below.

Hello @Teter
It may be worth contacting the bank to see if there is another way to download other formats.
Alternatively you could set up a bank feed

I did also find some instructions on converting files (PDF-CSV - OFX) at the link below, no harm in giving it a go.

Hello Steve,
This is in Quickfile? How I can do that, please. Because I try to use one program but the balance is not matched.

Hello Oksana
If you have one of the supported formats (mentioned above) you can
- Select upload statement
- Select Other
- Map your columns (transaction date, Description and balance)
- Confirm
Ok. I will try if it doesn’t work, I’ll write to you.
Thank you.
