Converting an estimate to invoice automatically on a given date

Hi,

Is there any way we can set an estimate that’s been accepted to convert automatically to an invoice on a given date? I.e. Customer asks for an estimate for an event; we publish an estimate, they accept and on the date of the event, the estimate converts to an invoice.

No, invoices are created from estimates when the user instructs that to happen. If you want you can convert your estimate to a recurring invoice, set a future date that you desire and the number of concurrences to 1. This will trigger a single invoice to be dispatched to the client on that specific date. Not sure if that works for you?
