Coop bank download problem

I have downloaded bank transactions from Coop personal banking and then imported the CSV file only to find that all of the debits post as credits and the opposite for credits. The last time I did a download in May it worked perfectly well. I cannot locate a template file to use to upload the data and have no idea what to do next.
I tried support but they wont help, I would be happy to pay for support

Any ideas on what to do please?

A income is a credit entry in a bank statement and a purchase a debit entry, because the bank statement is the view of the bank whereas the statement in quickfile is your view on your account.

But if you think it is just a mapping issue, you could use “other” instead of coop bank when uploading the statement
