Corporaton Tax

Hi , Ive just made my first Corporation Tax paymnet to hmrc for last year trading which ended in 31st Oct 2018. Could anyone advise A) How do I show this payment in my accounts on quick file - is there a code set up for this ? and when do I date it - is it now ie paid in this financial year or should it be back dated to last year ?
