Hi,

Please can some one from the mods/forum members tell me why i can not find kosovo on the countries list?

I just find it odd that countries are missing on an accounting software when it is common that people have customers worldwide. What is the reason for the exclusion?

Software usually tends to base its country lists on the ISO 3166-1 set of officially standardised country codes, but Kosovo doesn’t have an ISO code (as it’s not universally recognised as a country in its own right) so developers need to manually add it to their list and not everyone knows to do this.

They have been assigned a temporary iso code which are XK/XKX

Can some one manually add this please?

Hi @rubaba

We were using a pre 2008 country list, hence no inclusion of Kosovo. We’ve now manually added Kosovo with the XK iso code, so that should now be available in the application.
