Creating A Sales Report By Item

I have a requirement to understand the amount of each item I have sold. I have a list of Items recorded in Inventory with a set price against each. The sale goes to the General Sales Ledger. Is there a way to do this please? I can see some similar requests but no definite answers as to how to acheive.

If you go to the sales inventory / inventory management, and do an advance search.

Tick the box, on show quantity used, within your selected date range.

You’ll see the results.

Thanks this is a perfect simple sales report I can create a report by line item or click the box at the top of the list to show sales/usage for all items recorded in Inventory. I can export into Excel and add a simple sum to get my sales value and my VAT values for line items or overall.
