i am having issues with invoice management.
i requested a batch of end of year outstanding invoices be turned into a “single printable PDF to be sent to my email”
using the “print selected” from the more options tag on the invoice management page.
its been over 12 hours now and no email has been received, and it will not let me make another request as it gives me the standard reply of
" There was a problem printing these items:
You can only request one batch of items to be printed at a time. Please wait for the current job to complete."
is anyone else having this issue?
does anyone have a work around to get multiple invoices gathered together in a single format for emailing to customers?
WHY DOES END OF YEAR ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SO HARD???
