Creating an invoice

I am new to accounting software and have tried to create my first invoice. I got an error message when I tried to save my invoice " * Please check, the item line is incomplete: Missing item description". I have checked and can’t see what’s missing. Advice welcome please

Could you maybe provide a screenshot of the invoice?
Make sure that you have filled the first column with a nominal account to which the invoice is posted ( General Sale or do), the second column with a description like Bananas or mobile phone or whatever you have sold. Also fill in quantity and item price

If I remember correctly; when you create a new invoice the system automatically creates two item lines. You’ll need to delete one of these if it’s not used.
