Hi @Penny1, I’ve looked into your account and I see that the VAT is enabled and VAT is applied to invoices. Can you provide specific reference here like invoice nr?
It is a purchase that I have made from The Coaching Academy.

There seems to be some confusion throughout this as to whether the invoice to which you refer is for a sale or purchase. Could you clarify what you are doing, buying or selling?
If the former (purchasing) then it is up to the supplier to add the VAT to the invoice.
