Creating Invoice Templates

Hi

Was just wondering whether it was possible to create an invoice template that has our list of inventory items already listed? We run a shop and enter our till journals via an invoice, with each department listed. Would save us loads of time if there was a way of bringing up a template where we only have to add the figures for each department.

One way I can think of to do this is to create a placeholder invoice setup as required. Then all you need to do is hit the copy button to clone it, assign to a different client and customise.
