Creating new recurring sales invoices not working

Hi Glenn

I have just tried to create a new recurring profile for sales, tried it several times on two different computers but it seems there could be a problem.

The client details are not self populating, i cant click on any buttons on the page, not calculating VAT etc.

Please can you have a look?
