Creating own customised letter templates

Is it possible to create customised templates to use in my letters for such things like issuing suppliers joining instructions

We don’t support letter templates per se. However what you can do is create a new letter (as a base template) and from the main list of letters use the copy button to create clones of this template, you can then adapt as required.
