I have setup a business barclaycard feed. It appears to be setup ok. In the dashboard it says “active feed” just like my bank account and paypal which are working fine.
The problem is that it says “no transactions”. I have set it to retrieve transactions back to 1st december. There are 10 transactions that show on my app since that date.

It looks like the transactions came through on the overnight feed.
Please be aware we only import transactions which the bank has deemed fully booked/cleared. These would reconcile with your statement but some providers do show none fully booked/cleared transactions in their app for reference.

Just so i understand for the future - am I right? Quickfile automatically polls the bank once per day in the early hours? If you hit “refresh feed” later in the day does that poll the bank for updates?

We poll the banks in the early hours anything deemed “Booked”/“Completed” by them is imported at that point
If you refresh the feed later we look for anything which has not been imported which is deemed “Booked”/“Completed” by them and import them at that point.
