Credit on account not showing

I’ve come across this a few times now. If I view all clients, go into advance search and click the checkbox to display credits, the credits column appears. However the values are incorrect. I have a client with £18 displayed in the column, was just about to talk to her as they have left and I want to give them a refund, luckily I hadn’t mentioned the amount as the credit on the account is actually £63. The amount is made up of two payments of £9 (the £18 that is displayed) and a credit note (previous refund) of £45. Is this a bug or am a missing something?

A bit unhelpful but I have seen discrepancies but don’t have the data to hand. It seems to depend on how you create the credit. The debtor aging report seems to be reliable.

There was a specific issue with the additional credit balance only on the main client list when the particular client had credit notes held on account. It should be fine now as we’ve just released a fix.
