Crezco payment failure - customer is asking me for help

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me.

I am new to integrating payments into QuickFile, and to using the online Client Area.

I signed up for Crezco as a payment method, as it is basically just a bank transaction and free to use. However, when the client goes to the Client Area, and opts to pay by Crezco they are getting a message saying that an error occurred. This happens whether they try to use their phone and select the option to open their banking app, or they use their computer and scan the QR code. When they clicked the “Contact Support” link, Crezco said that they don’t deal with customers, and that the customer should contact me.

Is anyone able to help please? I’ve tried searching the Knowledge Base and this forum, but to no avail. Not a very good first experience of trying to use this feature, sadly.

That’ll be because you now have to pay for Crezco. It’s £10/mon. Whilst it was free it was great because it auto-reconciled. It’s had zero impact on me getting paid since we just include our bank details and forced customers to use online banking.
