In terms of the delivery note, it is derived directly from your invoice.
If you haven’t already I would perfect the invoice template first.
Once you have done this you can go into customise the layout and save a copy of it (as a delivery note)
It will have all the same CSS saved on it.
Follow the below article to edit your default delivery note default
If you preview an invoice then select, More Options > View as Deliver Note
