Are you able to mock something up showing where you’d like it and post it here?

Hi

I am not to sure how to mock something up and post it here, do you have access to my account, the one custom template, i just need it moving up in line with the invoice wording

Gary

Hi,

Any reply to help me sort the invoice layout out

Kindest Regards

Gary

Take a look now, the logo can’t be moved up as it’s already against the top margin, instead I nudged the address down to create some more space, hope that helps!

HI

thanks, since i asked you the other day i had another go at trying to sort it, its actually the Euclid design that needs sorting, the company logo needs moving up but also when i go to print both designs the PDF comes out a little messed up.

Why is that, basically i would like my logo on the right with my address below and the recipients address on the left with the INVOICE above

Thanks

There were some syntax errors on your CSS left: o; rather than left:0; I’ve corrected this and it has straightened out your PDF version.

HI

its still not right, there is a problem with Contemporary Custom design before you go through to the Invoice style gallery, also the other points i raised “its actually the Euclid design that needs sorting, the company logo needs moving” and “basically i would like my logo on the right with my address below and the recipients address on the left with the INVOICE above”

can you sort these issues out for me, i have just checked the Euclid design and the word INVOICE still moves over to the right while being converted to PDF

i am waiting to send invoices out, can you get this sorted by tomorrow for me

Kindest regards

Gary

We don’t officially support users with CSS related adjustments. We simply don’t have the resources to provide this level of support, any developer with basic HTML + CSS knowledge would be able to assist. I asked for a mock-up initially to avoid to-ing and fro-ing. I will take another look but 1st day of the month is very busy for us.

Here is the Euclid design. Your address is already on the right and your client’s on the left, so you want me to nudge the logo up inline with the INVOICE label?

Hi

Sorry, getting confused with the designs, its the Contemporary Custom design that the address needs changing around

also there seems to be some sort of wording overlap on the Contemporary design before you even send it to print

yes the above is correct, just move the logo up so its inline with the invoice label, while you are there can you decrease the gap or margin between the bottom of the address fields and the top of the invoice fields, the gap seems to big

Gary

I’ve made the corrections to the Contemporary Custom Design (i.e. swapping the addresses around and correcting the spacing). I’m confused, are you using two different templates here? You can only consistently use one template in Quick File, you can’t set different templates for different invoices, just wanted to make sure you’re clear on that.
